PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT

Stay the Course

Helping Youth Navigate Life with Purpose and Persistence

Stay the Course is a resilience-building initiative for young adults ages 18–24, designed to support college students as they navigate academic demands, mental wellness, and major life transitions. Through structured mentorship, peer support, and real-world skill development, participants receive stipend opportunities that are digitally tracked by tasks and verified hours. These stipends support individual student goals while also advancing the collective objectives of the Leadership and Post-High teams. The program helps students remain engaged in college, build accountability, and strengthen the skills needed to persist, lead, and transition successfully into adulthood.
